With over 12 years in the real estate business, Elan has been involved in over a billion dollars of transactions in New York and Florida as a principal, landlord, developer and consultant in both the residential and commercial markets. He uses his working knowledge of architecture, construction and marketing to envision, create and ultimately sell out your project. Developers Group, Eric brings his expertise in new building development,
condominium conversions, building rehabilitation, and high-end residential
renovation. His experience spans all development and construction phases,
including site evaluation, program and zoning analysis, design development,
contract negotiation, and construction management. Eric has a Masters of
Science from Columbia University's Real Estate Development program and is an adjunct professor at NYU Real Estate institute. He worked with Winwick Holding LLC
where his responsibilities included raising equity, structuring syndication
scenarios, and modeling commercial real estate properties for acquisition. He
then was with Granite Partners where he worked nationally on numerous sales and
financing transactions including retail, office residential and industrial
projects. Eric assisted in the valuation and debt and equity structuring of
assets for investors, REITs, opportunity funds and private entrepreneurs.
Eric's responsibilities included research and writing capital market reports,
preparing market studies, constructing discounted cash flow analysis and
preparing offering memoranda for prospectus investors. As one of the founders
of The Developers Group, Eric's diverse and unparalleled expertise in all
aspects of development is crucial to any developer who wants the highest and
